Refund policy

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
